Cafe and Doto are two of my favorite umas, but Tachyon and Opera O are two of my least. Seeing as those are their most common ships, respectively, I am doomed to suffer.

I saw the other comment and was struck by a silly thought.

Interesting to learn that Ooma was literally just some guy. Maybe I need to go over the earlier chapters to see if it mentions how he took the throne, but I’d been assuming he was the prince or something. Errand boy in a library is almost the opposite.

I remain hesitant to say Riri killed everyone in their last life. This story just doesn’t strike me as one that wants to deal with the moral complexity of whether Ooma can or should forgive her for that. If it was just him that’d be one thing, but their whole friend group is a bit much.

Junna what do you mean you can’t remember if you had a family like that. Did becoming an evil general involve receiving a total memory wipe?

Are we going to get more info on why Riri was locked in a basement when she and Ooma met the first time next chapter? Best reason I can think of why she got trapped alone instead of the two of them.

^If memory serves, the glow in her chest in part comes from her having magic rock cancer. So biting it is ill advised.

Interesting that Junna knew Hana’s secret from very early on. Wonder when Hana learned hers?

Huh, I feel like it’s usually Komachi who’s pining for an uninterested Eiki.

I doubt this’ll be the case — given that the title is Riri Revenge — but it would very funny if she’s the only one of the reincarnates who doesn’t remember her past life. She’s just met enough of the others to get the gist of what things were like. Especially since their mutual crush was obvious to anyone with functional eyes.

Kanna was masquerading as Koharu's classmate in her flashback, though I'm sure in her case her aim was to make her fall in love and Koharu's death was a genuine accident she was powerless to prevent. Here though, it certainly looks like Sae caused Ena's death on purpose.

Personally I don’t think it was a genuine accident. I think Kanna got into a fight with another Cupid and that’s what caused the debris to fall. That’s why, in Ch.5, Chiyo says her reputation is that of someone who runs from fights. She’s seen firsthand what careless fighting between cupids can do.

If I’m right that could also provide an interesting bit of conflict between Kanna & Sae. Both are responsible for the birth of a cupid. But where Kanna sees it as a mistake she must atone for, Sae deliberately engineered Ena’s loveless life.

You know, a vtuber who’s model slowly becomes more animalistic, and they use less and less human words over time would be a neat bit of performance art.

I was gonna say it’s a bit rude of her to immediately label the person a pervert just for being a vtuber, then I double checked and saw that the one stream we got a title for was about pee and, yeah, that’s a bit beyond the standard fare for streamers.

So that’s how the organization ‘ll be dealt with, they’re just going to depopulate it by using Satoko as bait.

I have a feeling Meria's the real deal and she sent Fujiyama the perfume to get into her dreams but Meria threw a wrench in the plan.

That dastardly Meria, ruining Meria’s plans.

Jokes aside you’re probably right that this is all Riri’s fault.

I’m gonna be honest, my immediate thought was that Ayame is not actually her mother, and possibly not even a real person. Given that Konoha was raised by the Organization, it feels much more like something they told her as a carrot to keep her invested in being the best assassin she can.
