Realizing some people need a glossary for the fandom words just made me realize how deep in I am because I look at those words and just assume that everyone should know them. Especially words like self shipper, canon, and og. I looked at those words and thought, "Do people really need a glossary for that?" I am sure that almost everyone on this site doesn't need it but other "normal" people? They probably do, which is near incomprehensible to me.

Certainly not. For instance, surely EVERYBODY knows that "og" is a reference to "The Secret World of Og" by Pierre Berton.

As far as I know, every time they crunch the numbers on dating site data, physical attractiveness consistently ranks fairly low in importance with women. Plus butch lesbians are a whole thing. So however you look, you're within someone's strike zone, and even if you weren't it wouldn't sink your romantic prospects anyway.
