Idk if the gods actually can marry people. At least not all of them, (Because if Joon could, she'd 100% scam people that way.)
Eirin (and Keine too tbh) is actually a solid guess.
Murasa technically yes, but captains can only do that on high seas, and as we all know, it's not gay if it's underway.
